Hey Tyler,

First you probably want to lighten the wheels as they are rolling mass. The stock Shimano hubs are quite heavy as well as the SRAM cassette. This is the order which I would change stuff:

1. Wheelset (Hubs & Rims)

2. Hollow Cassette. Get a titanium if your made of money.

3. New BB and Cranks. The stock ones are heavy. Go for some hollowtechs.

4. Cant remember if the stock forks are Spring or Air sprung. Air is much lighter.

4. (Minor) Lighter Stem (e.g. Thompson), Carbon Handlebars, Carbon Seat Post

5. (Extreme) Titanium Bolts
