Once upon a time, I was looking for a bicycle. I went to Tarrance Popejoy’s house. Tarrance Popejoy is my old neighbor. We talked for a long time, sitting in old deskchairs in his driveway. I told him I was looking for a bicycle. I went home.

Once upon a later time, I found a bicycle. It was a beautiful Gary Fisher. I loved him. I rode him a lot. He was my precious.

Once upon another time, a dear friend of mine had his bicycle stolen. He used his bicycle to get to work. He worked fairly frequently. He didn’t have enough money to buy another bicycle. I gave him my bicycle. He was very appreciative.

Once upon another later time, I was on my first date with my boyfriend. We went to Tarrance Popejoy’s house. We talked for an extra long time with Tarrance Popejoy in his driveway on deskchairs. Tarrance Popejoy then rolled out a priceless vintage Schwinn. He gave it to me. He is an amazing man. I love him. I named my Schwinn after him. Because I love him so much.

I received Tarrance in the cold months, so I haven’t had the opportunity to ride him yet. I can’t wait to get back home, so I can ride him. Every day.
