It’s a fixed gear now!

I found this bike under a house while doing some work,according to the stickers on it it is a tommasini, but after alot of research I found out it is not. But it is Italian, because the bottom bracket has Italian threads and the drop outs are made buy an Italian company(Gipiemme).So due to the rust it is getting repainted.
